The inspiration came from the zoo's main attraction; big cats. I took a major characteristic from the big cats; camouflage, and applied it across the identity, creating posters, information plaques, brochures, tickets and a logo. The whole concept of camouflage is to not be seen, so the point of my illustrations is to imply the animals are in in the image, but cannot be seen. The task was to create a set of packaging for a new range of flavoured chocolate truffles for the chocolatier Marveys based in Bath. The design was inspired from geometry found in the city’s Georgian architecture and the Roman Baths.
